Vendor Fee

This is for the 2024 Heartlands Event to be present as an official Vendor throughout the Event. 

Due to the careful curation of each event, we require all vendors to marked their item for players to know if it is usable at the event or not. This must be done and approved by the event Director via email *prior* to the event. 

Vendors are allowed to arrive as early as Thursday, November 7th starting at 12pm (noon est) to the Cross H Farm for set up and offer their products to Early Check-In ticket holders.

All Vendors must be set up and ready to present storefronts to customers no later than 12pm (noon est) on Friday November 8th, 2024.
